Happy 1st Birthday Elise!

This past weekend, we celebrated Elise’s FIRST birthday.  Her cousin Natalie came to visit for the party.

And so did her second cousins, Vanessa and Victoria…so THIS is what it would look like if we had FOUR kids (still so calm, cool and collected – yeah right!)

And MORE friends visited too!  Auntie Mindy and Uncle Aaron (Congrats again!)

Then, on my actual birthday, mom and dad made me a special surprise.  I wonder what that is…?  I don’t know what dad’s up to, but at least that’s not ME in the pan!

Chilling with Grandparents

Aren’t grandparents AWESOME?!  Well, I’ve gotta tell ya, I definitely have the 4 most AWESOME-EST grandparents EVER!!

When I’m in Kitchener, Nai nai and yeh yeh come over and give me nice tasty treats that mom and dad won’t let me have (like sweet iced tea!)

Or we get to hang out in the backyard together.

THEN! when I’m in BC

I get to play at the beach (Crescent Beach in Surrey) with Gong Gong and Po Po

AND and EXTRA bonus grandparent in BC is Kai Po Po!

I am the luckiest little girl I know!
